frequently asked questions
What will be the dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception?
Black tie optional
Will children be allowed to attend the wedding ceremony and reception?
we know that our extended families and friends’ families are growing and we want to celebrate our special day with all of you. your children are most welcome to attend the wedding ceremony as we celebrate the uniting of our two families.
while we love your children, our reception will be adults only.
I noticed there were no meal options to choose from on the RSVP card?
our reception will be served family style, which means all the tables will get all the courses served to their tables. we’re expecting the food to be some of the best to offer and didn’t want our guests to have to decide between all the delicious options. that being said, please be sure to include any dietary restrictions or allergies on your card so we can let the team know in advance. special plates and servings will be prepared to make sure everyone is well-fed!
Will there be transportation available to the wedding ceremony at St. Denis Catholic Church?
we will be providing a shuttle service to the wedding ceremony. the pick up location will be at the residence inn Philadelphia bala cynwyd and will return guests back to the same location after the wedding ceremony has concluded. the hotel will have free parking available for those wish to use our shuttle service.
the first shuttle will depart from the hotel at 12:00pm and the last at 12:15pm so that we can ensure all our guests will arrive a little earlier to ensure we start the ceremony at the scheduled time.
please be sure to note on the rsvp card whether you will be using our shuttle service so we can plan accordingly the number of seats needed.
